All of us at South West Healthcare are working hard to support the community during this crisis and beyond. We understand that maintaining mental health and wellbeing\u00a0is a concern for many people, given it\u00a0is an important part of staying well and coping with life’s new challenges.<\/p>
It is important that whilst following all the physical distancing rules, including isolating at home, that you have a plan to support yourself as well as how you might check in on loved ones, friends and neighbours. We encourage the development of a Wellness Plan<\/a>, and recommend this resource by the Black Dog Institute<\/a>.<\/p> There are a number of freely available resources, the most useful of which can be accessed here:<\/p> Please continue to attend to your usual healthcare needs including accessing your General Practitioner (GP) and other primary and specialist services.
